At Entreprenista we always want to take the opportunity to learn more about our League members and their journey and what made them want to make The Entreprenista League community then one for them!

What does being an Entreprenista mean to you?

It is a window of opportunity to meet like minded women from all over the world and be a part of a community that helps each other grow.

Why are you excited to be a part of the #HerShe campaign and sisterhood?

Empowering women is one of the principals that I live by

What made you take the leap to start your own business?

The pandemic

What was your background prior to starting your own business?

Yoga teacher/ fashion merchandiser

Did you always know you wanted to be an entrepreneur?

No

What is the biggest challenge you have encountered along the way and what did you learn from it?

Dedicating tasks. I have found this the most difficult because I am very particular about everything I do. I have struggled with dedicating tasks to others worrying the job at hand wouldn’t be accomplished to my expected standards.

Do you believe in work/life balance? What are some of your best tips?

Absolutely yes. Running a wellness company, work life balance is the key value the company practices and so do I.

Keeping the phone away on the weekends, for example.

As an entrepreneur you are constantly working and week and weekends start feeling the same. One has to make a conscious effort to take couple of days off during the week and resolve to not attend work calls or reply to work e-mails unless absolutely necessary. Take couple of hours in the day for self care where you practice a hobby or workout or do yoga, do what you love doing and otherwise don’t find time during the day for.

What have you achieved recently that you’d like to celebrate with our community?

I have started doing international retreats this year which I am very excited about

What’s next for your business? What can we expect to see over the next few years?

I am launching a sustainable, eco-friendly line of yoga wear. As I have studied fashion, I am really looking forward to club both, wellness and fashion together for a beautiful product that is going to become a part of your yoga journey.
